Unicode Characters Issues

I recently encountered a weird issue when my webservice stopped working after moving to a new Server, Everything was configured properly and I scratch my head around but no helps, google the issue but no success, finally my debugging ended up figure out the issue it was Default Files Encoding that was not set to UTF-8.

So anyone having the same issue can add/modify a small piece of code in httpd.conf if you don’t find it in your httpd.conf then you likely to add it.

AddDefaultCharset UTF-8
