The BDE leverages a consultative sales approach to identify and close new business for the company. Through lead generation, prospecting and discovery meetings, the BDE uncovers critical business issues addressed by Pie Solutions. The BDE has the ability to understand the big picture of customer needs and successfully position solution strategies appropriately, while always focusing on closing the deal.
Duties and Responsibilities
Identify, Contact, Qualify and Develop viable new accounts
Close deals by defining and communicating our unique value proposition
Follow up on internal leads
Maintain sales pipeline and accurate client database sufficient to exceed revenue goals

Small base, depending on experience, plus a generous commission
Tiered commission structure (the more you sell, the higher the commission rate)

Annual earnings of $75K+ if you make just one standard sale per week
No commission caps
